Ordering

How to place an order
Placing an order on rapos.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Find Products
          Use the menus on top of the page to browse by Fabric, Yarn, Accessory and Machinery category. Each of these board categories contains the list of products falling under that category. After coming to the list of products,please select the product which you would be interested in. By clicking on to the product of your interest you will come to know the products Properties, Advantages, Compostition, Chemical contents, Storage and Remarks details. It will be followed by the list of items under the product category. For each item,code,description of the product and price pre unit are given.

Using the Shopping Cart
          To place the product in your shopping cart, select the item code or item size and mention the number of units you would like to buy, and then click the "Order" button. The item gets transferred to your shopping cart. By clicking the link in the upper right - hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can place your order by sending fax. You can also place your order by calling our Customer Service Representatives at 02-771 2391 in Thailand (8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday) and at 011- 2638 5727 in India (9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday). Order by phone facility is available only in Thailand and India as of now.

Purchasing
          When you are ready to complete your order, be sure to review all the items you have placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, click "Cancel item" Once you all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing
          After clicking "CHECKOUT", you'll need to provide your billing and/ or shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you're using multiple cards, place a comma between the numbers. You can now ship an order to more than one address. All additional addresses within the order are charged for shipping.

Review and Place Your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation page with your order number. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail message containing the details of your order.

Enabling Cookies
          When the items are added to the shopping cart the cookies get enabled. If you don't want to enable cookies, you can place an order with us over by the phone by calling 02-711 2391 in Thailand (8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday). Order by phone facility is available only in Thailand and India as of now.

Terms and Conditions:
          The Order Subtotal is the cost of all lf the products in the shopping cart, which reflects any product discounts. The Order subtotal excludes shipping, taxes and promotions. Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts and promotions gave been applied to the order.

How your order is secure
          We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. When you place an order or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server.

Shipping
          We usually process orders with 2 business days but in some cases it can take up to 3 business days. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shippong time which depends upon up on the location of the destination. If the destination is far and in remote place then it takes longer time. For example: Expect 1-3 days processing time + 1-7 days shipping time. Therefore you will receive your order 2-10 business days after your place it.
Please note the following:
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received to processing.
  • Rapos.com reserves the right to hold orders for review.
  • Rapos.com reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.
  • A business day is Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
  • Some products take longer to process than others. The above table serves only as an estimate.
Returns / Exchanges
          We sell Rapos: brand GEM products to bring quality and performance to garment and embroidery world. We feel the same way abort customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
          Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days form ship date. After 30 days the merchandise it will be at the discretion it will be at the discretion of the Return Accepting Officer depending upon the case to case basis and also depending upon the condition in which the merchandise is. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
          Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. We reserve the right to limit returns.
Return Procedures:
  • Fill out the Return Form on the back of the Invoice/Packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
  • Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to us at the address given below :-

Important Notes:
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and Rapos will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
